California Digital Age Assurance Act AB 1043

If a program is available for download in California on or after January 1, 2027, it will need to be capable of requesting an age signal. That means I'm required to update all my games to request an age signal. As an indie developer it's not worth my time updating free games that make no money and I don't want to risk being fined $7500 per download; therefore, my only option is to remove all my games from itch.io before January 1, 2027. If you want any of my games download them now because after January 1, 2027 none of my old games will ever be made available again from me unless the law changes. I hope to release new games in the future with the age signal but I'm still researching the issue.

Description

• Bots can get back up after being run over if they aren't dead.
• Humanoid bots burst into flames when they die but animals bots don't.
• Humanoid bots glow in proportion to their health.

Directions

• Run over as many bots as you can to get a high score. 
• The game automatically ends after 5 minutes.
• This game has both desktop and VR mode. VR mode will activate automatically if a headset is detected.

Notes

• VR mode has not been fully tested because I don't have a VR headset.
• The maps were originally larger but I had to reduce the size to make the download fit 1GB.
• More updates are unlikely.
