California Digital Age Assurance Act AB 1043

If a program is available for download in California on or after January 1, 2027, it will need to be capable of requesting an age signal. That means I'm required to update all my games to request an age signal. As an indie developer it's not worth my time updating free games that make no money and I don't want to risk being fined $7500 per download; therefore, my only option is to remove all my games from itch.io before January 1, 2027. If you want any of my games download them now because after January 1, 2027 none of my old games will ever be made available again from me unless the law changes. I hope to release new games in the future with the age signal but I'm still researching the issue.

Description

A single player TPS hunting game. Hunt Deer, Fox, Pig, Wolf, and Bots. The animals can't shoot back but some can attack you.

• AI animals rest and sleep when tired, some attack if you get too close, and run away if hurt.

Directions

• Purchase weapons and ammo and earn a bounty on each animal killed. The game does not use real money.
• The HUD shows the number of targets remaining in the level.
