California Digital Age Assurance Act AB 1043

My research indicates that if a program is available for download in California on or after January 1, 2027, it will eventually need to be capable of requesting an age signal. That means I'm required to update all my games hosted on itch.io to request an age signal. It is not worth my time updating free games that I make no money on and I don't want to risk being fined $7000 per download; therefore, my only option is to delete all my games from itch.io before January 1, 2027.

• This game is based on Epic Games Realistic Rendering.
• I don't have a VR headset so couldn't verify if VR works but it is playable without VR.
• My 12th game.
